Susan Cislo, DO, NMM/OMM, BCIP, BCIM

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Susan Cislo is a pediatrician, Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). Her specialty is OMM in prenatal and pediatric patients. She uses manual medicine to make structural changes in her patients that improve their health and development. While she has treated patients of all ages, her focus is on the very young and their moms. She has extensive personal and professional experience with autism, autoimmune diseases, and developmental issues. Because of this, Dr. Cislo is passionate about working with children with special needs. She uses a potent blend of osteopathic and complementary medicine to treat chronic diseases in children. Her goal is to prevent chronic diseases in tomorrow’s adults by treating the children they are today. Dr. Cislo was a professor at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine for ten years, teaching osteopathic manipulation to beginning and senior students in the classroom, office, and hospital. She has been a nationally recognized speaker in pediatric OMM and has been published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association.


Thomas McCombs, DO

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Thomas McCombs is a master physician with clinical and academic experience in primary care, OMM and complementary medicine. He treats patients, ranging from babies to elders, with severe and chronic conditions, providing pain management and preventive care. He has practiced, taught and researched osteopathic manipulative medicine’s benefits in severely ill patients and developed manual approaches for ventilator weaning, asthma, post-operative ileus, heart failure, gastroesophageal reflux and severe brain injury. Dr. Thom has trained in other disciplines, including Daoist Qigong and Internal Alchemy. His studies brought him to traditional herbal tonics and liniments that promote vitality and help manage chronic conditions. Dr. Thom has been a professor at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, an osteopathic specialist in private practice, a Navy medical officer, a Rolfer, and a Marine Corps Infantry Officer. He was decorated with the Navy Commendation Medal in 1990. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and also in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He holds a Competency Certification from the Osteopathic Cranial Academy.
